Girl Saved at Six Flags Great Escape New York City

A teenage girl was found dangling from a gondola ride in Six Flags Great Escape amusement park in Queensbury, New York. She was hanging at the height of about 25 feet. Fortunately, she was saved. It was a really dramatic moment when the girl was screaming for help. Matthew Howard Sr., 47, and some other men in the six flags park gathered underneath and banded together to save her. One of them removed all the branches and twigs hindering in their rescue efforts.

The girl kept on gripping the ride for about 90 seconds. The ride was stopped to make it easy to rescue the girl. In the words of Howards;

“I said, ‘It’s ‘OK! It’s OK to let go, I’ll catch you, honey,”. “I couldn’t let that little girl die,” Howard tells the AP. “No one wants to put himself underneath a body like that, but I couldn’t stand by and watch.”
